My Makeover

Earlier this summer I went to visit a lady that Mommy met online to get grey contact lenses so that my eyes would look like hers. I also had a scar removed from my right cheek. I ended up being gone for a lot longer than I or Mommy had planned due to some family issues that the lady had, but the results were well worth it. Mommy calls me her little "Mini Me" now! Here's a "before" picture:

Welcome to my blog!!!

I've been watching my mommy blog for a while now, and I kept thinking it looked like a lot of fun. I asked her if I could have a blog too, and at first she said no, but I kept on asking and she finally changed her mind. She showed me how to set it up, pick a name, and then showed me a neat site with lots of cool backgrounds that I could use to decorate my blog, and now here we are! Thanks Mommy!

Stuff You Should Know About Me:
1. I'm a Cabbage Patch Kid! I am 20" tall, and I am what collectors call a "TRU" kid. "TRU" stands for "Toys 'R' Us", because that's where I was adopted from. I came all the way from the US to live with Mommy.

2. I've got brown hair and grey eyes just like Mommy's, although I used to have green eyes (more about that in another post).

3. I live with my mommy and my brothers and sisters (mostly sisters) on an acreage just outside of Tofield, Alberta. The nearest big city to us is Edmonton, home of West Edmonton Mall. I've never been there, though.

4. My favourite colour is pink. Any shade of pink.

5. My favourite food is peanut butter, and my favourite cereal is Reese Puffs (chocolate puffs and peanut butter puffs altogether in one cereal - YUM!)

6. I like anything with teddy bears on it, especially stickers. Mommy made me a neat box that she decorated with some of her teddy bear scrapbooking stickers that I keep my stickers and some of my other teddy bear stuff in. One of the other things that I have in it is a teddy bear pin that she gave me that used to be hers.

7. My best friend in the whole world (after Mommy, that is) is my sister Tiffany Reece. She's also a TRU Kid. She has her very own pet puppy - a beagle named Austin. I don't have any pets, but I want to get a bunny.

8. I like doing crafts with my sisters. My favourite thing to make is friendship bracelets (my sister Jordan taught me how to make the knotted ones). And Mommy is going to teach me how to scrapbook. She already has a book that I can use - it's very cute and girly, just like me!

9. My favourite toys to play with are my Webkinz. I have two of them: a black named Cleo (she's named after a dog Mommy had when she was a little girl) and a husky named Hudson. Hudson doesn't have a tag (Mommy got him from Goodwill), but Cleo does, and I'm hoping Mommy will let me sign up so I can play online with her. This is a picture of me and Hudson:


10. I like listening to music and dancing. Right now my favourite singer is Taylor Swift. I also like listening to some of Mommy's 80's music that she has.
